Steps of exosome isolation using kits like ExoQuick®
Centrifugation to Remove Cell Debris: Spinning serum or plasma to eliminate cellular debris.
ExoQuick Addition and Incubation: Transferring the supernatant to a new tube, adding ExoQuick reagent, and incubating to precipitate extracellular vesicles (EVs).
Centrifugation for Pellet Collection: Spinning to collect the EV pellet.
Supernatant Removal: Discarding the supernatant to isolate the pellet.
Pellet Resuspension in Buffer: Resuspending the EV pellet in a suitable buffer.
Column Purification: Applying the EV suspension to the ExoQuick Ultra column and spinning to collect purified exosomes.
